- Please note all clothing has sizing charts and each product has different sizes. A size medium does not necessarily mean it fits a medium size dog. Pet need to be measured for clothing. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for exchanges and returns if do to sizing.
- Beds , blankets, belly bands, carriers, bowls, feeders can not be returned due to Health Regulations
- Toys are returnable if product still in all packaging with tags attached. Used and chewed toys can not be returned. NO dog toys is indestructible owners and buyer takes all responsibility for pet safety when pet using toys.

Standard shipping times for in stock merchandise. Please note certain items are shipped directly from our manufactures and will be noted on product page. Orders received after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.
