When selecting clothes for your pet it's very important to know what size your pet will wear. Each designers sizes are a little bit different. So on each page that we have clothing or harnesses we also provided the designer measurement charts.

How do I measure my dog?

Back measurement on the model below is labeled A- measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Chest Measurement on the model below is B- This one is very important since if its wrong clothing can be to tight on your pet. Measure from behind the front legs all the way around the back. Just a note if you do is extremely fluffy its best to go up to the next size for pets comfort.

Neck Measurement- on the model below is C- Measure completely around the dogs neck

Measuring Your Pet

I thought I measure my dog correctly and when I received the clothing it did not fit?

That could be due to a number of things- measurement could be off. Or your dog could have a very fluffy coat or the style just really doesn't look good on that type of pet. (hard to believe since they all look adorable- but its a matter of opinion and since its your pet your opinion counts) If you have a problem just return the item to us and make a note of what the problem is and we will ship you out either the next size larger or smaller. If you are unsatisfied with the clothing just return it to us and we will issue you a full refund minus the original shipping and handling charge. All we request is the items is as originally sent with all tags on them so they can be processed to be restocked. On rare occasions have we received items back that have been worn ect... We like to keep a hassle free return policy so please if you are returning the item just return it in new condition as was sent. Since worn items can not be resold.

Just a note: We know from sizing our own pets that all sizes are not created equal. Mr. Rio has been know to take a medium and in other clothing lines up to an X-Large. His brother Nicholas has worn from a medium to 2 XLarge since he can be more fluffier at times. So remember we are here to help you and understand the difficulties at times in sizing up our pets.
